Disney Staff at "Lilo & Stitch" Employee Movie Preview

During the opening days of Lilo & Stitch", Disneyland invited the Halau to dance at the start of each employee showing at the AMC Downtown Disney theatres. The Halau and their families were invited to stay for the movie and received refreshments coupons.

Mother's Day Hawaiian Style - Sunday May 11, 2003

Spend Mother's Day with the Halau in Little Tokyo. Performance is at 12:30 pm.

Aloha Expo - May 17 , 2003

Aloha Expo 2003 will run from Saturday May, 17, 2003 through Sunday May 18, 2003. The Halau performs Saturday at 11:30 am. This annual event sponsored by the Kamaaina Club of Orange County is held at Heritage Park in Santa Fe Springs. Come experience the music and dance of Hawaii's "Melting Pot" of cultures: Hawaiian, Samoan, Tahitian, Flipino, Maori, and many more. Enjoy the foods and Arts & Crafts. Each day's events start at 10:00 am.

Northridge Ho'laule'a - Sunday June 1, 2003

Ho'olaule'a 2003 runs two days from Saturday May 31 through June 1, 2003 from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. The Halau dances on Sunday at 1:00 pm. This Ho'olaule'a features Hawaiian boutiques and craft booths. Bring you appetite and enjoy the many Pacific Island foods: plate lunches, lau lau, kalua pork, Portugese sausage, lomi salmon, poki fish, opihi, poi, hot malasadas, boiled peanuts, Okinawa Dango and shaved ice.
